I'm a freelance copywriter and creative director.

My parents still aren't quite sure what I do for a living, but that's okay.

I make businesses and products appealing to the customer. I entertain. I give people the warm fuzzies when they think about your brand. I make strangers laugh, think harder, and spend money. And I try to get babies adopted.

My background is copywriting with a strong conceptual focus. I have endless  video experience, I adore radio, and I write for anything where you see type. And if you need something to look pretty as well as sound interesting, I have tons of talented designer friends. Just ask.

What do I write?
Let's start with:

  • Video Scripts

  • In-Store Signage

  • Websites

  • Newsletters

  • Radio

  • Social Media

  • Product Labels

  • Brochures

  • Blog Posts

  • Product Descriptions

  • Headlines

  • Taglines

  • and the occasional short story (when I find time).

Different is good.

I have always been told that I was "a little different."

Whether it's a compliment or not always depends on the situation and, of course, the speaker.

But throughout my creative career, I've discovered that even when "you're different" comes at me with a snide smirk, it always works in my favor. Because let's be honest, what's the point of advertising if your messaging is just as vanilla as everyone else's?

Unless, of course, you prefer vanilla. In that case, I'll respectfully remind you that we're creating brands and not cakes.

Let's switch to third person.

Veronica lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, children, and two energetic dogs. She enjoys riding bikes, reading novels, and loves all things Batman. If you want to get on her good side, a gift of pie or chocolate chip cookies is an excellent start.

When she isn't writing up a storm of pretty words, she does photography as a taxed hobby. She’s also up to her eyeballs in her family’s latest adventure, Vector Brewing in Dallas.
